Being a mother is not an easy task. You would like to do everything in your reach for your child. You would go to an extent of sacrificing your sleep, your health, etc. The unconditional love for the child pushes every parent to break the bars and exceed their own expectations and do things that they have never imagined to do.

By ignoring your health, your lifestyle and your passion we tend to minimize ourselves. But, within a day, you should at least give 1 hour to relax and pamper yourself especially when you drop off your children at school. Here are the tips:
Tip No 1 - Make a routine
A proper, discipline routine is necessary to bring goodness in you. You need to make a proper timetable for yourself and your child. To kick start off your day you need to follow your timetable.
“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.” – Benjamin Franklin.
Tip No 2 - Do not overlook your health
Your health matter the most. Chasing your kids, feeding, dropping them to school, looking at the household chores, etc. makes you very tired. We as parents do not take care of our health. You can try de-stressing yourself by morning walk, cycling, meditation, and yoga.

Tip No 3 - Go for a shopping spree/salon
If you want to have Me - Time, you can also go on a shopping spree or get yourself pampered in a salon by getting facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, hair spas etc.
Tip No 4 - Movie Time
It’s not a crime to watch movie alone by dropping your kids with your mom, in-laws or nanny.
Tip No 5 - Skip cooking/laundry
Online apps have become so accessible to everyone. Ordering food for yourself can make you guilty as you might be eating alone without your family but sometimes you need to think about your own self. Also, you can outsource your laundry for a day or two.
However, I am not encouraging mothers to be lazy. But, yes, I am helping mothers to rejuvenate themselves so that they can bounce back afresh.
Drop in your comments below, if you have more tips so that mothers can put them into practice.
